Chase Jennette MSW, LCSW
Therapist Department

My goal in life is to make the lives of others better by improving their mental health. Anxiety,
depression, trauma, and addiction are issues that more people experience than is often realized.
These symptoms don’t mean that you are crazy or broken. They simply mean that you are human
and are affected by the powerful life stressors and negative experiences that happen to us at
times, often through no fault of our own. I welcome you to a space of safety and non-judgment
in therapy where I will help you to find positive ways to cope with these stressors and symptoms
and find more stability and happiness in your life.

I have a 7+ year history of work with patients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, and
PTSD. I believe in a harm reduction approach to substance abuse and addiction where the goal is
to reduce harm and meet you where you are on your path to recovery. I also use evidenced-based
practices of cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help you be
empowered in your own choices and find direction and solutions that work for you.

I am a believer that you can’t talk to somebody about your personal pain and struggles without
knowing them a bit. So, a little about me: I have played guitar since the age of 12, and this has
been my passion and coping skill for a long time. I have two dogs and two cats, and I lived in
Las Vegas for 13 years before moving to Indiana with my wife. I myself have struggled with
anxiety and depression since a young age but have found success in the skills and techniques that
I will work with you on in our sessions. I hope to see you soon.
