We will help you become aware of and modify processes that perpetuate the difficulties you experience.
Much of your success will be determined by the work you do between sessions. Developing healthy mental habits is the same process as developing any other habit or skill. The more you practice, the quicker and more sustainable your success will be. We typically assign take-home exercises and educational interventions between counseling sessions. The types of exercises will be determined based on the stage of change you are in, what goals you have, and your learning style.

Our Administrative Process

We will take care of verifying your insurance coverage and benefits well before your first appointment in addition to walking you through the intake process and answering any questions you may have.
We choose to be proactive before your first appointment so that you can have peace of mind knowing what your cost will be; which all but eliminates the possibility of surprises from your insurance company.
We do everything we can to help you focus on what is most important: YOU.
If you become a client, you will be given access to our very user-friendly client portal where you can access, complete, and click-to-sign intake assessments, and consent forms. No downloading or printing forms are necessary. Your client portal also includes secure messaging with your counselor, scheduling, and access to billing statements, invoices, and other tools.
