Is anxiety, stress, depression, or low self-esteem/confidence limiting your quality of life? Do you sometimes overthink so much that you feel mentally exhausted without making any real progress?
The strongest obstacle we encounter at the beginning of any change process is the emotional discomfort that comes with adopting new thinking and behavioral habits. Emotional discomfort activates a perception of vulnerability which increases our anxiety. It is when your anxiety is activated that you are most susceptible to reverting back to unhealthy and unhelpful coping responses such as avoidance, withdrawal, defensiveness, numbing, etc.

The bracelets serve as an empowering reminder that irrational thinking and negative emotions no longer run my life. They remind you that you have what it takes and to stay on track.
