They feel unheard and sometimes struggle to explain exactly what they are going through. As your counselor, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you have a voice and can feel inspired to make positive changes that will improve your quality of life. I offer a safe non-judgmental environment that is predicated on empathy, respect, acceptance, and growth.
My goal is to help you overcome the barriers that stand between you and living your best life as you define it. Unmanaged anxiety, depression, and stress are issues that can negatively impact all areas of life. Struggling with these difficult symptoms doesn’t mean you are crazy or broken. It means you are human.
My journey of becoming a therapist has not only served as one of my life’s purposes but has also shaped my approach. I look forward to working with you and achieving your goals together. I get excited. I can’t help it. I genuinely love witnessing people unlock their potential and create the life they desire.

I utilize several different treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices.
