I practice a person-centered approach to therapy, where treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique therapeutic needs. I pull from an eclectic toolbox of theoretical orientations and interventions including CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT, and ACT, but my overall approach is to help you find/develop your strengths and build upon them.
