Mental Health Tip of the Day: Take the Stairs
Much of our frustration and discontent come from continuously searching for an elevator to achieving our goals and aspirations. We will pass countless stairways trying to just find that easier, more convenient option but the result is always the same; no elevators. When we cannot find the elevator, we often quit and tell ourselves we tried our best. But in all reality, all you did was try your best to find the elevator. Just take the stairs right in front of you if you want to be successful.
